Shipping destinations:
- We currently ship in the USA only. Worldwide shipping coming soon.
Shipping times:
- Orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you via USPS and we process our orders within 1-2 business days.
- Before placing your order, please double check any typos as we are not responsible for such issues.
- Please note, shipping might take longer during Holidays. In case of an urgent need, please email us at shop@lespasdebebe.com and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
Shipping cost:
- Orders over $79 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $79 will be charged a flat rate charge of $9.99. Shipping price will be displayed at checkout.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us.
- We offer a 15-days Return Policy for store credit.
- The 15-days Return Policy applies since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email shop@lespasdebebe.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed as a store credit only.
